They are seeking a law student intern to work closely with attorneys on legal research and writing tasks, while gaining exposure to family law and the role of an attorney for children.

Hone legal research and writing skills
Engage in legal research
Digest case records (school, medical, forensic reports)
Draft legal documents, including memoranda of law, motions, and/or sections of written trial summations and appellate briefs
Conduct legal and factual cite checking of documents
Observe court proceedings, client interviews, and attorney conferences

Candidates must have strong writing and research skills
