Responsibilities
Leading, managing, and holding accountable your assigned production line team members
Overseeing the productivity, quality, and training for up to two production lines
Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun working environment on your production lines
Reporting daily employee attendance
Weekly shift scheduling
Qualification
Required
Hold or are working towards a bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Leadership/Management experience preferred
Lift and carry 30-50 pounds throughout the workday
Tolerate moderate to high noise level in the production room
Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc
Observant: Able to discern subtle trends and patterns; and learn from them
Organized: Able to meet deadlines and is thoroughly prepared. Strong attention to detail
Flexible: Able to respond and solve problems quickly when things go wrong
Energetic: Able to keep pace and stay focused on goals
Consultative: Humbly provide guidance, wisdom, and leadership to your team and colleagues
