Responsibilities
Drive delivery of key Retail programs and initiatives through the entire lifecycle, from due diligence through completion and lessons learned
Manage and lead cross-functional program teams, timeline, plan of record, budget, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, status reporting, Leadership comms, pan Apple alignment, and approvals
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement improvements to our program management processes and practices
Quickly develop strong working relationships with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally to ensure delivery of the best possible experience to Apple Retail customers
Qualification
Required
8+ years of related program management experience
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth and results driven environment
Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, has great attention to detail, and a can-do and motivational presence
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Preferred
Prior experience in a strategy, customer journey, and/or Retail function
Well versed in Retail and technology innovation, with commitment to staying informed on evolving trends
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Dedication to the delivery of unparalleled customer experience
Ability to understand and articulate the big picture, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details
MBA degree a plus
