Responsibilities
Help LCS continue to activate our analytics strategy by working on key business problems that deliver results and delight our residents
Gain hands on experience working with our cloud analytics platform to build a variety of analytical solutions such as dashboards, models, casual interference and more
Build technical skills using SQL, Python, and Power BI while also getting the opportunity to communicate your findings to internal business partners
Partner closely with other analytics roles such as data engineering, data science, data analysis, and data governance
Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments
Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship
Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program
Curiosity and drive to dig deep into disparate data sources
Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program
