Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, cybersecurity, and vendor support

Support troubleshooting efforts and escalate issues to senior engineers

Shadow engineers during incident response and learn best practices for high-availability systems

Required

Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from one of the following universities (University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Texas at Dallas, Paul Quinn College, or University of Oklahoma)
