StoneRidge Senior Living Community is a progressive organization that positively impacts the lives of seniors. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the Talent Development team, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources intern will support the Talent Development team and receive practical, hands-on learning experiences in human resources with a goal of applying their classroom education to actual LCS projects
Assist with planning content for conferences by attending planning calls and participating in discussions to determine content
Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments
Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship
Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities

Required

Currently enrolled in a college or university program
Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program
