New Grad, Entry LevelStaples Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their Warehouse Management System (WMS) team. The role involves processing merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods within the distribution center.

Responsibilities
Process in-house damages and manage product returns to vendors. This includes pulling, packing, and loading products for shipment
Enter new product information into the WMS, perform new product set-up functions, and verify data accuracy after host download or manual entry
Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, TCMs, Cherry Pickers, Turret Trucks, and Reach Trucks. You must be comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet
Work as a team member, communicating with fellow associates and building relationships with corporate product managers and inventory analysts
Print location labels, perform filing and record-keeping tasks, and assist with general department duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented problem-solver
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Experience with inventory and return processing
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, TCMs, Cherry Pickers, Turret Trucks, and Reach Trucks
Comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet
Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS software (JDA, Dallas-EXE)
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Above-average math and counting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
Certification in material handling equipment
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to work in a high-stress environment
Good listening, oral, and written communication skills
Excellent attendance record
Willingness to work additional hours and flex schedule as business needs require
Ability to work in varying temperatures
Ability to wear personal protective equipment when necessary
