Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the JAMIS Prime ERP system

Ensure system security and compliance with NIST 800.171 and DFARS 252.204-7012 regulations

Collaborate with finance and other departments to support financial and operational processes within the ERP system

Provide end-user support and training on the ERP system functionality and workflows

Implement and manage data backups and recovery plans for the ERP system

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality

Assist with the integration and operation of the E2 MRP system, including inventory management, purchase orders, and job routers

Develop and maintain documentation for ERP system processes, configurations, and best practices

Stay current with industry trends and updates related to ERP systems and cybersecurity best practices
