Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in complex construction disputes involving scope changes, liens, claims, and delays

Qualification

J.D. from accredited law schoolAdmission to Washington State BarLitigation experienceLegal researchE-discovery tools

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the Washington State Bar
1–3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction disputes preferred
Experience with legal research, motion practice, written discovery, and contract analysis
Experience with e-discovery tools and litigation support platforms
