The role involves developing training initiatives, creating resources for learning, and collaborating with production supervisors to monitor quality and training needs.

Responsibilities

Develop an understand the process to develop and document training initiatives

Create and organizes readily available resources to support learning and performance; includes the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI)

Partner with the Production Supervisors and Quality to monitor production quality at the shop floor level to ensure the team member is meeting company expectations and to determine additional training needs

Promote the Forged Products safety culture and commitment

Communicate, verbally and in writing to managers and employees in a manner that promotes a positive and efficient work environment

Help employees develop positive attitudes, cooperation, and responsibility

Able to periodically work a split shift
