Wealth IR Platform Servicing - Associate/Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

Support operational nuances of KKR offerings on platforms (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, or independent broker/dealers)
Reconcile internally facing and externally facing reporting for KKR and partner stakeholders
Partner with platforms, technology, finance and third-party administrator teams to increase automation and streamline subscription and account change management processes
Liaise with KKR strategic accounts team and various internal and external KKR Wealth stakeholders and service providers to prioritize platform initiatives and improve overall servicing model for wealth platform partners

Required

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a support role, ideally in the alternative investments industry
Possess strong computer and excel skills
Strong communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, to identify reporting anomalies, and to move problem solving projects forward
Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree
Ability to manage multiple projects/inquiries simultaneously

Preferred

Experience with Transfer Agents, Administrators and Fund Service Providers
