Completion of resident work orders

Snow Removal
Follow safety procedures while performing duties

Qualification
Required
Apartment Maintenance experience a must
Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
Must have a reliable transportation
Must have your own tools
Must have EPA and HVAC certifications
