Civil Engineering Project Manager [8-20+ yrs exp]

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and mentoring junior engineers. Primary interface with clients on project coordination and design
Responsible to technical content and quality control / assurance of accuracy
Establish project fees and schedules
Track project budget and timing to ensure fulfillment of contract commitments
Provide construction administration support
Ability to communicate with contractors, and conduct site visits and inspections as necessary to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
Qualification
Required
B.S. Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
P.E. License in Washington State
Knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in Washington
Permitting experience with various municipalities
Ability to manage multiple active projects concurrently
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills are essential
Competency, accountability, and personal commitment to deliver quality work to our clients, and to mentor younger staff
