Responsibilities

Partner with business executives and leaders, as well as technology groups to analyze, develop, and implement complex banking technology solutions to align with the business's goals and strategy
Evaluate existing and new technologies to develop strategic direction for IT applications
Stay up-to-date with advancements in hardware, software, and delivery methods to enhance system availability, reliability, scalability, maintainability, and performance
Champion modern cultural practices and FinTech tools that accelerate the delivery of applications and services, enhancing agility and customer experience

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, etc
10+ years' experience partnering with business units to design, develop, and implement full stack .NET software solutions for financial institutions
Experience with N-Tier system architecture and implementation, as well as Docker and Kubernetes to deploy, scale and manage containerized applications

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience with Core Banking Systems or FinTech integration
