Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, including configuration, maintenance, and support
Manage additional business applications typical for a public company, such as Workday, PO management systems, and other applications
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
Maintain and enhance SOX controls across all relevant systems
Build relationships with our users to best identify where our supported application may be falling short, recommend potential enhancements, and improve the effective use of existing applications
Document procedures and teach the Evolv employees and staff how to utilize our applications for best practices
Implementing business solutions which deliver iterative improvements in consultation with the business, technology, and other operational support teams
Lead system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts
Provide training and support to end users
Qualification
Required
Experience as a primary administrator for NetSuite, including configuration, maintenance, and support
Experience managing additional business applications typical for a public company, such as Workday and PO management systems
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
Experience maintaining and enhancing SOX controls across all relevant systems
Ability to build relationships with users to identify application shortcomings and recommend enhancements
Experience documenting procedures and teaching employees how to utilize applications for best practices
Experience implementing business solutions that deliver iterative improvements in consultation with business and technology teams
Experience leading system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts
Ability to provide training and support to end users
