They are seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow opportunities within an assigned book of business, assist with case processing, and support Regional Directors by building relationships and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

Assists Directors with day-to-day activities with attorneys, paralegals and firms, and internal departments in order to get approved fundings

Build rapport, nurture, and grow existing Oasis relationships

Handles incoming calls professionally with clear communication and prompt follow through

Sends internal and external emails to other company departments, plaintiffs, attorneys, and other funding companies

Reviews contracts and facilitates contract signatures

Handles plaintiff-related questions related to current cases

Works in an organized fashion with an extreme attention to detail on all tasks

Serves as a back-up for Directors and other Regional Account Managers when needed
