Responsibilities

Develop and implement project strategies to support organizational goals

Lead cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and deliverables

Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders

Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Serve as the liaison between project teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle

Provide administrative support to the office as needed

Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies

Coordinate with IT to manage office equipment

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Creative thinker with the ability to suggest and implement improvements

Preferred
