Responsibilities

Lead a fast-paced and high-growth team in the AppleCloud organization
Define and build the next generation of features for iCloud Backup
Collaborate with many teams across Apple to enhance product offerings
Participate in defining technology and engineering practices
Help build on the team's culture
Contribute to iOS, iPadOS, and VisionOS

Qualification

Technical management experienceHigh-scale servicesProductTechnology roadmapsAI/ML product experienceCommunication skillsRelationship-building skillsLeadership skills

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical management role, overseeing strategic projects and driving cross-functional collaboration
Experience with building and maintaining high-scale, high-availability services and products
Product-minded, data-driven leader who always starts with the question 'why?'
Strong communication skills, especially with non-engineering partners
Proven track record of building and executing multi-year product and technology roadmaps

Preferred

Ability to attract, hire and retain engineering talent
Prior experience in shipping AI/ML products is a plus
