Responsibilities
Support the analytical needs of client engagements
Works directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific requirements
In coordination with Embedded Intelligence Services' leads, and in accordance with appropriate guidance, this job will track and respond to Crisis24 alerts and world events for client impact
Assist or collaborate with relevant parties on production of analytical assessments
Proactively leverages existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capability, and data
Assist in production of specific briefings or presentations
Assists in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned within scope of the program
Shift work required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required
Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure
Effective problem-solving and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps
Strong customer-service skills, especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional levels
Flexible hours and work days are required to meet Crisis24 core 24/7 mission
Required to be available to travel to client locations as needed
Candidates will be asked to pass a background check as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment
