Responsibilities

Conduct individual therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns
Provide Psychotherapy tailored to each client's needs
Offer care and support for individuals experiencing trauma-related symptoms
Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate care for patients
Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for individuals with disabilities
Conduct assessments, create treatment goals, and maintain accurate medical records using ICD-10 coding
Engage in Psychotherapy to support behavioral modifications and improvements
Provide counseling services to individuals, focusing on enhancing overall well-being

Qualification

LCSW licensePsychotherapy techniquesICD-10 codingIndividual counselingGeriatric experience

Required

Valid license as a Clinical Social Worker
Active LCSW license in Tennessee
Experience with geriatric or adult populations
Skilled in psychotherapy & clinical documentation
Proficiency in conducting individual counseling sessions
Proficiency in Psychotherapy techniques
Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding for accurate recordkeeping

Preferred

Ability to work independently
Dependable and reliable
Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
