Responsibilities
Architect, design, and build robust, scalable CI/CD solutions for Oracle Cloud, driving end-to-end ownership from ideation through deployment and operations
Collaborate with a talented, diverse team—contributing your voice in a culture that values healthy debate, direct feedback, and trust
Embrace continual improvement by leading features, conducting system retrospectives, and participating in 360° feedback sessions
Instill DevOps best practices and champion automation, code quality, and reproducibility
Take bold, data-informed approaches to solve tough problems, balancing experimentation with real-world metrics and user feedback
Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and help evolve our technical standards, culture, and processes
Serve as a voice of the developer, advocating for easy, delightful workflows and empathetic solutions that make cloud engineering not just possible, but exceptional
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in architecting, designing, and building robust, scalable CI/CD solutions
Experience in driving end-to-end ownership from ideation through deployment and operations
Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to a culture of healthy debate and direct feedback
Experience in leading features, conducting system retrospectives, and participating in 360° feedback sessions
Knowledge of DevOps best practices and championing automation, code quality, and reproducibility
Ability to take data-informed approaches to solve complex problems
Experience in mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge
Ability to advocate for easy and delightful workflows for developers
