Originate and process small business and consumer loan applications

Assist customers with loan inquiries, pre-qualification, and documentation

Analyze creditworthiness and prepare loan packages for underwriting

Maintain accurate loan files and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan lifecycle
