Marketing Operations Manager
SchoolAI is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for students and their supporters. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who will streamline marketing processes, optimize the tech stack, and provide insights to drive revenue and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
Design, standardize, and continuously improve marketing processes that drive consistency and scale
Own and optimize marketing tech stack (automation, CRM, attribution) to ensure clean data and seamless workflows
Develop reporting and insights that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
Partner with sales and customer success to align lead management, lifecycle stages, and revenue attribution
Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement scalable solutions across campaigns and programs
Qualification
Required
6+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations
Proven track record of accelerating pipeline creation through scalable processes and systems
Strong understanding of marketing attribution, reporting and analytics, system integrations, campaign operations, and lead lifecycle management
Proficiency in HubSpot (required); ability to quickly learn and adapt to other systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment
Preferred
Bonus if familiar with Paperflite, Mobly, or Common Room
