Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation, and management of MyChart and other Epic-based digital health solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out workflows and deliver integrated web/mobile patient tools

Serve as a subject matter expert on digital patient engagement technologies, ensuring seamless connections between Epic systems and third-party platforms

Assist in developing technical documentation, training materials, and system configuration guides

Participate in full project lifecycle—requirements gathering, testing, go-live support, and ongoing optimization

Perform systems analysis, problem-solving, and quality assurance to ensure system stability and user satisfaction

Provide ongoing maintenance, system upgrades, and 24/7 problem resolution support for critical applications

Work closely with stakeholders across IT, clinical, and operational teams to deliver patient-centered solutions
