Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements for domestic and international locations
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
Deliver comprehensive month-end reporting packages for global, regional, and international teams
Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) across divisions and locations
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and overhead analyses
Partner with senior team members on special projects and initiatives
Support innovation and process improvement efforts across the accounting organization
Prepare financial data packets for contract proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
Assist with year-end financial audits, statutory filings, and audit deliverables for international subsidiaries
Perform ad hoc tasks and support dynamic business needs as assigned by management
Actively contribute to team meetings and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (additional credit for public accounting)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Preferred
Experience with Oracle, Power BI, and data modeling
Familiarity with percent-complete accounting or software revenue recognition
