CACI International Inc is seeking a Business Operations Specialist (Recruiting Coordinator) to support the hiring process and enhance the candidate experience. This role involves managing various administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and collaboration with other teams.

Responsibilities

This is an entry level position responsible for providing transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner

Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for the tracking of career fair candidates and prospects

Process candidates from the offer stage through onboarding in Workday

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Employee Referral Program

Organize, track, and ship CACI swag needs, company-wide

Coordinate interview scheduling and traveling for candidates

Work with peers and Leadership to ensure effective handoff of escalated cases

Follow departmental SOPs

Partner with other parts of the business to assist in resolving various issues

Must participate in Great First Day Live

Supports HR team by providing ad hoc administrative support

Work collaboratively in a Team and Learning Organization environment

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

Experience in general HR functions

Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and/or ServiceNow
