They are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to manage implementation projects, support clients, and build commission plans using CaptivateIQ.

Responsibilities
Serve as main point of contact for clients and manage implementation projects from kickoff to close, ensuring smooth delivery and communication
Support retainer clients monthly by processing commissions, resolving issues, maintaining their CaptivateIQ environments and maintaining client relationships
Build and implement commission plans in CaptivateIQ and similar platforms
Translate compensation plan logic into functional models and troubleshoot during testing cycles
Train clients on system use and documentation best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of consulting, compensation, or implementation experience
Proficient in working with large datasets using Excel, Relational Database Tables, SQL, ETL or similar type of tools
Comfortable leading calls, managing timelines, and guiding client expectations
Strong understanding of commission structures and SaaS implementation workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with incentive compensation management (ICM), sales performance management (SPM), payroll systems or related financial software
Experience working in CaptivateIQ or other ICM tools
