Responsibilities

Close new clients for international freight forwarding and customs brokerage services

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events

Educate prospects on the company’s capabilities, with a focus on compliance, reliability, and global reach

Collaborate with internal sales teams to cross-sell trade consulting and domestic brokerage services, ensuring smooth lead handoff

Maintain detailed records of prospecting activity and lead status in CRM

Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and networking events as needed

Stay current on international trade regulations, logistics trends, and compliance best practices

Required

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Preferred
