Responsibilities
Implement the recruitment activities of the assigned business units to ensure adequate staffing (partnering with Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, agencies, recruiters, and others) including managing the entire staffing process from inception to the on-boarding process
Assist in establishment and implementation of HR processes, programs, and training
Executes HR administrative paperwork and payroll to insure key employee information is up-to-date and accurate
Partners with other HR professionals on compensation, benefits, management development, training, performance management, and other key issues for supported employee groups, and carries out specific deliverables in a timely manner
Handles employee relations issues within defined business units confidentially by providing excellent customer service through availability, responsiveness, and follow through

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
