EdTech Outside Sales Associate (Greater Sacramento Area, CA)
MOGEL is focused on transforming K–12 education through innovative digital learning tools, and they are seeking dynamic Outside Sales Associates to join their high-performing sales team in California. The role involves building relationships, presenting solutions, and supporting regional Account Executives to expand the company's presence in key territories.

Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to execute sales strategies and develop territory pipelines
Support and co-lead client presentations, demos, trade shows, and regional events
Travel locally (50–75%) to visit schools, attend events, and meet with stakeholders
Drive lead generation and qualify opportunities through outreach and follow-up
Support quote building, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
Maintain CRM records and contribute to account strategy
Assist with campaign execution and regional visibility efforts
Stay up-to-date on K–12 and EdTech trends impacting school decision-making
Qualification
Required
Reside in California
2+ years of K–12 education experience (teaching, district support, or EdTech)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to travel locally up to 75% (including occasional overnights/weekends)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Tech fluency: Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM tools (Salesforce/NetSuite a plus)
Preferred
Sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or K–12 markets
Background in quota-carrying sales or customer-facing roles
Experience supporting sales strategy, marketing campaigns, or lead pipelines
