Responsibilities
Proposal Writing – Develop and write proposals to describe the estimated work for new opportunities. This includes maintaining a library of proposal content and language
Project Management – The Analyst is responsible for updating the pipeline of work for the Sales Support Team. This includes interacting with other teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and ensuring proposals are written in a timely manner to meet all required deadlines
Salesforce Reporting & Updates – Update Salesforce records with proposal details and run reports upon request
Qualification
Required
College degree or comparable work experience required
3+ years of experience in proposal writing, sales support, or a similar role
Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively draft professional proposal responses
High proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and PDF editor programs
Excellent organizational skills
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues at all levels and across departments
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Preferred
Prior experience in the Settlement Administration Industry or in the legal field preferred, but not required
