TekSalt Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with a focus on Service Cloud. The role involves developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, managing releases, and ensuring integration with other systems while communicating effectively with customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements

Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices

Good understanding of Sales cloud and exposure to working on LOS and Underwriting related projects

Excellent understanding of Out of the box features of Sales and Service Cloud is mandatory

Should have exposure in managing the releases of various salesforce applications - with deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets

Should have hands-on experience working with Salesforce API [ Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, Rest/ SOAP API ,Bulk API etc.,] and Lightning development

Well versed with integrations and be able to drive integration discussions of Salesforce with other systems

Should have experience in communicating with customer stakeholders – strong communication skills
