Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree (any concentrations or degrees are OK)
Three (3) years of professional work experience
Legally able to work in the United States, US Citizen, or work permit with SSN
Must pass background check & obtain professional licenses and Continuing Education (CE) certificates
Passion for financial security and Care about helping people
Self-driven and entrepreneurial
Commitment to learning, professional and personal growth
Strong communication skills
Team player, leadership skills, and coachable
Licenses Required: Life, Health Insurance License at a minimum
Preferred
Securities certifications like the Series 65 are also highly desirable
