Responsibilities
Perform general facility maintenance as delegated by the Maintenance Manager including repairing equipment and furniture, assembling and moving equipment and furniture, and general landscaping, while reporting any major repairs to management
Perform general custodial tasks like plumbing, cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures, painting, mopping, sweeping, replenishing supplies, and disposing of trash
Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements
Assist with projects safely using hand tools to cut, shape, splice and fit fiberglass materials
Check and record information from meters and gauges to verify operation conditions are appropriate
Set-up and configure furniture according to floorplans to aid to the functionality of facility events
Assist with repairing and adjusting electrical, air conditioning and central cooling, ventilation, and heating systems
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or its equivalency
0-2 years of related work experience
Able to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or forklift
Good written, verbal and listening communication skills
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch
Must be able to lift, push, and pull over 50lbs
Must be available holidays, nights, and weekends
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Able to follow specific directions
Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to multi-task and shift priorities
