Responsibilities
Support the design and delivery of academic, enrichment, and leadership programming throughout the year, including summer sessions
Provide guidance to students as they explore high school, college, and career pathways
Build strong connections with families, schools, and community partners to support student success
Plan and help lead student events and enrichment activities that foster growth and engagement
Track and use data to inform instruction, monitor progress, and strengthen program outcomes
Collaborate with teammates to share updates, problem-solve, and continually improve programming
