Responsibilities

Actively lead the study, design, and production of roadway projects for public agencies including municipalities throughout Arizona, and others including Maricopa County

Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget

Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N’s Arizona operations and across the firm

Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery

Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for developing staff

Monitor relevant project performance using financial indicators, budget, and schedules

Represent B&N in both external client meetings and external professional society meetings such as APWA, ASCE, and others

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program required

Arizona PE registration or ability to obtain through reciprocity

Minimum 8 years of related experience

Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills

Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs

Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Proficiency with PDF review programs (i.e. BlueBeam Revu, Adobe)

Proficiency with design software packages (i.e. AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads) expected for work with Arizona public agencies
