Responsibilities
Collaborate with directors, designers, and other artists to create high-quality look development, concepts designs and animations for films, television, games and other media
Utilize traditional design software such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc
Utilize new cutting edge tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA, Flux, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Dall-e, Runway
Explore and integrate the latest emerging tools and techniques that enhance our creative pipeline
Participate in R&D initiatives to test new latent space tools and adapt workflows accordingly
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in machine learning, especially as they relate to digital artistry
Provide technical expertise and creative solutions to complex visual and creative challenges
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience as a Generalist or similar role in the media industry
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design skills and direction
Proficiency in diffusion based image generation
Demonstrated interest and experience in neural networks and machine learning technologies related to digital content creation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work effectively on collaborative projects
Preferred
Experience in video editing, sound design, 2d/3d animation, photography, other creative fields
