Responsibilities
Lead plumbing projects from pursuit through closeout
Oversee estimating, contract development, procurement, and field labor planning
Manage project financials including forecasting, billing, and cost control
Ensure code compliance and quality workmanship across plumbing installations
Coordinate with field teams, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
Conduct kickoff meetings, site walks, and stakeholder updates
Support team development through training, mentoring, and recruiting
Maintain a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing commercial or industrial plumbing projects
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems: potable water, waste, drainage, and venting
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Proactive and collaborative work style
Experience with institutional, government, or high-rise building types
Familiarity with ADA, energy-efficient systems, and water filtration
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Involvement in industry or professional organizations
