Responsibilities
Lead the design and analysis of bridge and culvert projects for Municipal and State DOT and Thruway authorities
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all project phases
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical and professional development
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) License required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge design and analysis
Previous technical project management experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
