Responsibilities

Drive the introduction and commercialization of Skeleton's SuperBattery solutions for stationary applications in the US
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in data centers, utilities, renewable energy operators, industrial power users, and system integrators
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation through negotiation to contract closure
Develop strategic relationships with distributors, EPCs, and technology partners to strengthen market presence
Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory frameworks, and customer requirements to align Skeleton's offerings with US market needs
Work closely with Skeleton's engineering, product, and marketing teams in Europe to ensure customer feedback drives product development and localization
Act as Skeleton's representative at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in North America

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field
Proven track record (5+ years) in business development, sales, or key account management in energy storage, batteries, power electronics, or related sectors
Strong network in stationary applications markets, ideally including data centers, grid operators, or industrial energy users
Ability to drive complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long lead times
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach to building business from the ground up
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel frequently across the US and occasionally to Europe
Authorized to work in the United States
