Mindlance is a rapidly growing staffing and workforce solutions firm, and they are seeking a Leader for their Life Sciences division. In this high visibility role, you will drive a team of Account Executives to expand the company's presence in the Life Science market while managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop and manage field sales org supporting existing large enterprise high-touch clients within Life Sciences (Clinical, Clinical Trials, Regulatory, QA/QC, Validation, MSL, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, Market-Access, Scientific, Biotechnology)
Develop a team to hunt for additional enterprise mid and smaller market clients
Accountability for each field salesperson achieving goals, metrics, quotas
Willingness to travel throughout the region working with your team and client base
People and Performance Skillset
Develop account and market strategy
Manage team for performance and achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Prioritize requirements for team with internal delivery teams
Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure execution on sales influenced staffing requirements
Use of successful relationship building with clients and training a team to do the same
Identify additional business opportunities within existing clients and new target clients to sell other services within our suite of workforce solutions
Experience positioning company in complex sales efforts project-based staffing
Responsible for financial performance of the team (gross margin, headcount and client satisfaction)
Work with a team of delivery managers (recruiters, shared services) supporting growth

Required

Bachelor's degree OR industry experience
A minimum of 8 years of success in Business Development and Account Management (strategic, mid-market, enterprise)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A sense of urgency; High Energy
Detail oriented, diligent and persistent
Ability to set and participate in complex meetings with customers to offer a suite of Workforce Solutions

Preferred

Experience in Life Science Staffing, MSP, RPO, SOW, VMS or FSP preferred
