Responsibilities
Lead AP and procurement for a 7-person team, managing POs, invoices, GL reviews, and vendor relations
Oversee cash flow, reporting, budgeting, and audits
Drive ERP adoption and workflow automation
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance invoice systems and influence financial tool usage
Qualification
Required
CPA (active) - hard requirement
BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6+ years of Accounting AP/Procurement experience
Mix of public/private accounting experience + at least 3+ years of Public AND 3+ years Private
Titled experience as Accounting Manager of AP, procurement
Strong in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficient in tax prep, audits, Oracle ERP systems and advanced Excel
