They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Human Capital Consultant to support government and commercial clients, focusing on high-profile, complex projects that involve workforce planning and employee development strategies.

Responsibilities
Provide guidance/support for drafting position descriptions, classifications, etc
Work directly with senior government officials to present ideas related to the topics noted above
Support working groups and facilitate discussions on strategic goals, activities, and related tasks
Find ways to include human centered design and employee-centric solutions in strategies agencies can use to recruit and develop employees
Conduct organizational assessments to support senior government leadership and organizations as a whole
Work with clients to understand their workforce and recommend the changing skills their workers will need
Conduct workforce planning using analysis that considers disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies
Interpreting data to understand the business implications of the research
Write reports/briefings and present to clients in a way that is professional and influential
Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive management, peers, employees, clients, other agencies, and the public
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience
Experience in developing and implementing workforce plans & employee surveys
Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Google Suite, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
Proven experience in facilitating presentations and/or working groups in a client-facing environment
Experience in making appropriate research recommendations for business improvements
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred
SHRM Certification desired but not required
Experience with the federal hiring process desired but not required
