Responsibilities
Provide flexible scheduling and service options for families
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of child development and childhood disorders
Assess the strengths and therapeutic needs of the child and family
Provide family-focused therapy to client/family members according to the treatment plan
Provide both face-to-face and telehealth services to clients and their families
Provide services as needed by the family-could be in-school or early evening center-based appointments
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess the ability to work with children/adolescents and their families in a professional and empathetic manner
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a mental health field
Current PA LPC or LCSW licensure required
Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance coverage and consistent access to a reliable vehicle
Mandated Reporter and Safety Care Training within 30 days of hire
Provide clearances with a clean record, free from allegations or findings related to abuse, neglect, exploitation or other criminal acts against children, i.e. Act 33, Act 34 or FBI Clearance
Preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children/adolescents
Training in PCIT, TFCBT, EMDR, DBT, or other evidence-based interventions
