Responsibilities
Manage the functionality, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of audio and visual equipment, systems, and infrastructure
Lead audio and visual projects, including planning, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and timely delivery of services
Train, schedule, and supervise AV technicians and other personnel, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment
Develop and monitor budgets for the AV department, manage inventory, and ensure resources are used efficiently
Serve as the primary point of contact for Project Managers, Engineers and internal teams, ensuring project goals are met and expectations are achieved
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify and resolve problems with AV systems, and ensure equipment operates at an optimal level
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of AV-over-IP, control systems, audio production, video switching, and signal flow
Strong skills in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and provide excellent customer service
Capacity to troubleshoot complex technical problems and find creative solutions under pressure
Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for project success and system functionality
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audio-visual operations, engineering, or live production
