Responsibilities
Research emerging trends in men’s activewear, including fabrics, trims, embellishments, prints, and graphics
Develop seasonal collections through CADs, mood/trend boards, and detailed tech packs
Design innovative, functional, and on-brand men’s activewear styles across multiple brands/accounts
Collaborate with Product Development and Technical teams to ensure accurate fit, fabric, and construction details
Produce effective design tools including presentation boards, line sheets, and color cards
Accurately scale graphics and textiles for design execution
Partner with overseas vendors to ensure design integrity through production
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines and seasonal calendars
Qualification
Required
7+ years of apparel design experience, with 5+ years focused on men's apparel (activewear or performance preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on Mac
Strong knowledge of apparel construction, trims, fabrics, and technical details
Experience developing detailed tech packs and collaborating with overseas vendors
Proven ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; thrives in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Fashion Design or related field
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience in activewear or performance apparel
Knowledge of print/graphic design is a plus
