Responsibilities

Designing and developing training content and materials for technical training

Receiving requirements from clients and creating training workshops and modules

Presenting training and development programs using various forms and formats such as group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos

Evaluating existing training materials and methods to identify potential for improvement

Designing, orchestrating, and implementing training programs for employees or clientele to help improve skills and introduce material

Required

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. (Google Suite, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)

Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe After Effects

Instructional design and training delivery experience including writing and developing training

Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to translate client subject matters to audience needs

Proven experience in facilitating presentations and working groups

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
