Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing advanced power conversion systems aligned with product and business objectives
Direct trade-off studies, system specifications, and requirements definition to ensure scalable and reliable designs
Provide technical direction in converter topologies such as buck/boost, interleaved, DAB, LLC, and H-bridge
Guide the application of advanced switching devices (Si, GaN, SiC) in high-power platforms
Oversee PCB design, EMC mitigation, and safety compliance in mixed-signal, high-noise environments
Champion thermal management strategies to ensure system performance and longevity
Collaborate with mechanical and software engineering teams on integrated product development
Support full lifecycle validation including simulation, prototyping, and system-level testing
Manage external partners for prototype builds, supply chain support, and cost/schedule control
Drive best practices in DFM/DFT, quality assurance, and reliability engineering
Facilitate new product introduction and ensure smooth transfer from design to production
Foster innovation, mentoring, and technical excellence within the team

Required

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with strong focus in power electronics

5+ years of proven leadership in managing teams and projects
Broad expertise across digital, analog, and embedded control methods for power systems
Track record of delivering industrial-grade products through full lifecycle, from concept through end-of-life
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment typical of a growth-focused organization
