Responsibilities
Experience developing and leading communications strategies and crafting messaging for target audiences
Experience with risk/crisis communications and handling sensitive messaging and socializing with internal audiences before external
Program management experience working across multiple offices/programs
Bringing together key players/experts
Tracking/managing/scheduling communications products to execute a successful communications strategy
Proven writing and editing skills in plain language and creating compelling content
Experience with social media platforms
Experience using communications project tracking tools is a plus
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Google Suite, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
Proven experience in a consulting and client-facing environment
Experience in making appropriate research recommendations for business improvements
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
