Responsibilities

Collaborate with implementation, product, engineering, and sales teams to understand customer goals, and design tailored solutions that align with both business and technical needs
Lead PoC/MVP initiatives to show how our AI solutions can effectively solve real-world challenges for prospective clients
Act as a go-to technical expert for the implementation, product, engineering, and sales teams, providing advice on product capabilities, integration options, and technical troubleshooting
Create and lead educational sessions and resources to help implementation & sales teams, as needed, deepen their knowledge of the product and communicate value to prospects
Work with implementation, product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback, suggest product improvements, and support smooth implementation and adoption

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in a technical sales engineering role, particularly in AI
Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts
Experience integrating and transforming manufacturing and financial data to solve complex risk and compliance challenges
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of API integrations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex ideas for varied audiences
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline or equivalent work experience
